Teacher, If you’re reading my blog. I apologize if I have added some unnecessary things and also things that you didn’t ask me to write in my blog. And I’m sorry if there are some informations that I’ve not added regarding on the food I ate. :/

Like I said yesterday that,yesterday was not going to be my last day of posting about my daily diet. Today,I didn’t have any breakfast. and For Lunch I ate nasi lemak that contains chicken,anchovies and cucumbers which has protein,vitamin,starch and not to mention, water as my drink. I also ate three small dairy milk’s chocolate. and 1 chocolate timtam. as for dinner,I had     chicken again….with rice.. ate purple hacks just now. To make it simple, I think I have eaten a lot of food that contains fats……

My BMI

We were also asked to check our BMI to ensure if we’re underweight,normal,overweight or obese. My height is 151 cm and weight is 40 kg. I was really surprised about my height. the last time I checked which was at school, my height was 156 cm O.o Am I shrinking or there’s an error? SO, my result is………..Image

i’m considered as 5′ and my weight is 40…. I’m underweight. and I thought I was normal *sighs. oh whatever. but what’s playing in my mind right now is… Can people shrink???? I need answers.

Some people are joining the Charity event sponsored my standard chartered today. Sounds fun but I’m not that kind of person.. For my breakfast since my mom haven’t made anything, i ate Instant Noodles, Indo Mee with telur mata lembu. I eat instant noodles for once a week cause from what I’ve heard,eating too much instant noodle can cause Appendix. Ate ice cream which is considered as dairy products while doing my chores including this. My parents bought Ayamku Special for me. and so I had a late lunch. It contains acar ; carrots and kubis, rice and chicken. Since I had my lunch late, I wont be eating anything for dinner. this is probably the last update about food in my blog.

Ate honey stars as my breakfast but without milk~ and brought a bottle full of water cause we’re having a sport selection for that day. For my lunch, I ate rice with kubis,daging rendang and popia ,again…  my menu is still lacking some nutrients. Oh well.. and for your information , my Friend Shadatul’s birthday is today!

mum made me a burger which contains egg cause I’m a bit picky when its comes to burgers~ drank water. as for my snack in the morning, I ate 2 chocolates named Tim Tam. It was my first time eating it though and I find it… addictive for somehow.my mom made popia to be brought to my grandparents’ house which we always do every Fridays. To sum it up, I think I ate 12 popias? Its my favourite food since I was a kid X) nvm that.I  also ate rice with ayam merah,sayur kacang sama umbut. and because of all those foods,I didn’t ate anything for dinner.

Today I didn’t have my breakfast…. very lazy ah… but I’ll try to eat heavy for a some time cause I’ve seen people posting about the effects of not having breakfast and one of it was brain damages.  O.o and that day, I finally had lunch :3 i ate nasi ayam goreng which contains starch and also fats due to the fried chicken. As for dinner…I had barbeque chicken and also some vegetables but i dont know what it’s name is so… I’ll leave it general. I ate 2 chickens in a day… haha.

And again,I ate the same thing like yesterday; biscuits and also the same quantity ;one. Its also the same for my lunch. I ate hacks. hahaha. for the same reason. I’m really cautious. But as for dinner,I had rice,fried chicken and spinach which contains Iron..?

This is my first blog after my intro.  So we have this project that require us to make a blog and here I am ^~^ That day, I ate one biscuit for my breakfast cause I’m so lazy to eat at mornings. Didn’t have my lunch cause I’m afraid that I might not pray on the right time. :/ and so I ate purple hacks only. Went home and did my homeworks and ate nasi lemak that contains chicken,anchovies and cucumber 😛  nyum. to total it up. I ate…..starch,fats and veggies.
